Lexel Practice Management Standard
As part of our work in the area of quality, we advise and guide professionals
in law firms and in-house legal departments on the implementation of the Lexcel
Practice Management Standard.
Lexcel provides a flexible and supportive management framework that
helps our client firms develop greater operational efficiencies,
manage risk effectively, reduce costs and promote profitability.
Lexcel is the Law Society's international practice management standard and it is awarded to practices
that can show that they meet the highest management and customer care standards. Accreditation is awarded
following an independent assessment.
Accredited practices undergo rigorous annual assessment to ensure they meet the required standards of excellence in areas such as client care,
case management and risk management.
It is a simple and transparent process which is available to any size or type of practice including in-house, local government and sole practitioners
and can be combined with other quality standards such as ISO9001.
