We agree a set number of days you think you will need assistance for throughout the year and then use them as and when you want to. It may be that you need someone to carry out a review of quality within your business. All you do is call us and arrange for a Gerron quality expert to carry out a review. Alternatively, it could be someone to carry out a strategic review of your business; again you just use the appropriate number of days from your bank.

You may not need to use any of your days at certain times of the year. No problem, you just roll them up until you need them. Our experience though is that most SME's value our totally flexible approach to business consultancy and actively use us to help drive their business forward. After all, if we don't add value there's no point in us being there. There is one additional and ground breaking feature of Assist; it is that subject to certain conditions we offer indemnity against the legal costs associated with HR and Health & Safety related issues.

Oh; and there is a telephone helpline so that you can call us for advice on minor issues without using up any of your consultancy days.
